Printed or mobile copy of E-Ticket must be presented upon redemption
Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable once E-Ticket is generated
Child policy:
- Children below 3 years are free of charge
- Children between 3-12 years require a child voucher (Option 1 and 3)
- Above 12 years require an adult voucher (Option 2 and 4)
- People of Determination are free of charge
- Senior above 65 years are free of charge
Childrens and People of Determination must always be accompanied by an adult carer or a Guardian during the activity.
