Helmets are compulsory for children under 13 years old.
To ride on the Snow Bullet Ride children must be above eight years of age, 125 cm in height and more than 30 kg in weight. Adults should not weigh more than 120 kg
Some rides and features require height and weight restrictions.
Mobile and Cameras are not allowed inside the Penguin Encounter Area.
Drinking and eating on the cold side is only permitted at the Avalanche Café and North 28 restaurant
Child policy:
- Children below 2 years of age are considered an infant and infants are not allowed to this activity
- Children from 2 to 12 years will be considered Child
- Above 2 years will be considered adult
Childrens must always be accompanied by an adult or a Guardian during the activity.
